So we had our first stream this past weekend. As expected we didn't get many views but it's always good to get the first one under the belt. I'm not new to live streams, I was doing it regularly for a couple years playing random games, but it was my first time streaming something other than me playing video games. The stream was a bit over an hour long, which isn't much. We are only getting our bearings as to how long a live box break would take especially when we only have 1 box to open and boy what a box it was to start off our first stream with.
The box we opened was One Piece TCG 500 Years in the Future. We managed to hit the most expensive card in the deck which is a Boa Hancock manga alternate art card. The card is selling for $600+ dollars. We also got one of the secret cards, Portegas D. Ace, so we got fairly lucky on this box. We definitely do not expect to get that lucky on our next box. We are sending the Boa card to be graded and hopefully it's a 10.
We'd love to stream more and open more boxes but we're too small and our inventory is a little limited at the moment for us to be able to open multiple boxes per stream. As fellow card collectors know, this is an expensive hobby. We were considering selling boxes at discounted prices that we'd open on stream and ship the cards to the buyers after the stream.
